Sara Cheng
Chief Executive Officer, Fuji Xerox Singapore

Sara Cheng brings with her 25 years of experience in general management, business development and consulting with Xerox, IBM, Teradata, NCR and Procter & Gamble across US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Sara is a veteran in building teams and organisations, and establishing collaborative leadership models in large companies. She has helped a number of firms create value-based selling models and to incorporate emerging digital services into their offerings.
Dr. Lynn Wilcox
Chief Technical Officer, Fuji Xerox Palo Alto Laboratory

Lynn Wilcox is CTO at FX Palo Alto Laboratory (FXPAL). Her role is to co-ordinate research activities within the company focused on Enterprise AI, Ambient Computing and Human-Centered Workstyle. Prior to this, Lynn was Manager of the Smart Media Spaces Group, where she led research activities in multimedia analysis, meeting capture, and teleconferencing. She was named FXPAL Research Fellow in 2003 for her work in transferring this technology to Japan and for establishing FXPAL as a quality institute in the research community. Before joining FXPAL, Lynn was a research scientist at Xerox PARC, where she received the Excellence in Science and Technology award for her work in audio indexing. Lynn has over forty patents in multimedia technologies and has published numerous technical papers. She has a Ph. D. in Mathematical Sciences from Rice University.
Chooake Wongwattanasilpa
Managing Director, Head of User Experience & Design, DBS Bank

Chooake has more than 20 years of experience in designing world-class software, mobile applications, and digital products in e-commerce, financial services, payments, and banking & wealth management. He has led the UX & Design team at PayPal APAC (2010-2014), PayPal HQ (2006-2010), Motorola (2006), and Morningstar (2000-2006). He began his career as an Interaction Designer at Morningstar,Inc in Chicago, where he designed with data, an early stage of financial tools and data on the Internet (.NET and CD-ROM era).
Angus Luk
Chief Information Officer, South APAC at L'Oréal

Angus has over 20 years in the retail industry between Hong Kong and Singapore. He has held leadership roles at Hanesbrands Inc, Calvin Klein Asia Pacific and L'Oréal Hong Kong.
Dr Cyrille Schwob
APAC Head of Technology, Airbus

Cyrille started his career in Airbus more than ten years ago, as a research engineer in the field of composite modelling where he oversaw developing novel methods of numerical simulations for composites structures. Since then, he has been appointed the APAC Head of Technology. In 2007 he moved to China where he worked successively for Tsinghua University on reliability of structural components and for Airbus Beijing Engineering Centre (China) on damage tolerance methods.
Dr. Lily Kong
President, Lee Kong Chian Chair Professor of Social Sciences, Singapore Management University

Professor Lily Kong is the fifth President of Singapore Management University (SMU), and Lee Kong Chian Chair Professor of Social Sciences. She was formerly Provost at SMU. Before joining SMU, she was a faculty member at the National University of Singapore’s Department of Geography for nearly 25 years. She also held various senior management roles at the National University of Singapore, including Vice Provost (Education), Vice Provost (Academic Personnel), Vice President (University and Global Relations), Dean (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences), Dean, University Scholars Programme, and Director, Asia Research Institute.
Patrick Kok
Managing Director, Group Operations, Great Eastern Life

With a remarkable 30 years of industry insight and acumen under his belt, Patrick steers Group Operations unto adopting a customer-centric culture, which has proven to be paramount to the organization’s operational success. Prior to his current appointment, Patrick also took on the role as the COO of Great Eastern Life Assurance China, overseeing the Insurance Operations and Information Technology department. He led in strategic plans to support business growth and expansion, which included the setting up of new branches and sales service centres.
Daniel Ling
Head of Design Thinking, NTUC Income

With over 10 years’ experience in Design Thinking, Daniel heads the Experience Design Team for Income and previously DBS and OCBC, he spearheaded key projects in branch, digital and innovation for leading financial powerhouses. He also facilitated and conducted training to over 300 professionals across government, MNCs and schools. On top of all, Daniel also founded Emerge Creatives Design Thinking Training company- with clients from Singapore government agencies such as Mindef, ICA and NAVY and schools such as Millennia Institute, RP and NUS, top MNCs such as Fuji Xerox, British American Tobacco, Palo IT and DBS.
Ho Swee Huat

Ho Swee Huat has more than 20 years in the content management industry working for companies such as Canon, Samsung, Lexmark and Oracle. He is currently leading the Workflow Automation practice for Fuji Xerox Smart Work Innovation.

Ryan Chioh

Ryan Chioh piloted the Far East Flora.com’s e-commerce platform, and oversees much of its technology adoptions. He also led the company to win their 3rd Annual Intelligent20 Award in 2002 and subsequently ZDNet Asia’s SMB of the Year 2006 for using IT to derive strategic business benefits in improved customer service standards, product, and service innovations.
Supriya Singh
Venture Capitalist, Jafco Asia

Supriya Singh is the Head of Investments at Jafco Asia looking at South Asia. She has been part of the South Asia team since 2012 and spearheads the investments in this region. She is on the boards of Anymind, Teabox, Pokkt, Roadzen and Unmetric among others.
Frank Phuan
Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, Sunseap Group

Frank Phuan is a serial entrepreneur who founded several firms in retail, consumer electronics, IT, events management, hydrophonics and F&B. He is the second generation of a family business that has been in the solar industry for 35 years. In 2001, he was Founder of Sunseap Enterprises - Singapore’s first solar crystalline module assembly plant and solar system integrator.
Abdul Malik
General Manager and Head of Business Development, Oon & Bazul

Abdul Malik is General Manager and Head of Business Development at Oon & Bazul, a leading independent Singapore law firm. Malik’s leadership responsibility is to bring improvement to organisational culture, design, talent and leadership. Prior to joining Oon & Bazul, Malik had a stellar career as Regional Manager with CPA Australia, Trade Commissioner for New Zealand to Singapore, Deputy Director at the Energy Market Authority and Chief Operating Officer of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing.
Alex Chua
Chief Executive Officer, Goldbell Financial Services

Before joining Goldbell in 2012, Alex Chua worked at JPMorgan Chase in Hong Kong as the head of equity derivatives and retail, retail structured products distribution in Southeast Asia for 8 years. Goldbell is Singapore’s largest commercial vehicles and industrial equipment distribution and leasing company. Four years ago, Alex set up Goldbell Financial Services to offer loans to SMEs and has led the company to become one of the largest non-bank financial institutions in Singapore.
Eugene Yeo
Chief Operating Officer, MyRepublic

Combining his experience in enterprise software development with a deep understanding of ISP operations, Eugene Yeo leads the development of customer-centric, agile OSS/BSS platforms and operational processes in MyRepublic that have allowed for the stratospheric growth of the company across the Asia-Pacific region.

Matthew Teo is a strong advocate for using technologies to drive innovations, partnerships and collaborations. K Lingam currently is the Head of Services Offering Development across Asia Pacific for Fuji Xerox Smart Work Innovation. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, as well as IT Outsourcing, since he joined Xerox in 2013. He has extensive experience leading teams in business transformations in the areas of solutions & services and managed services in Asia Pacific & Japan.
Ong Wei Ping
Director, Channel Sales and Alliances, Fuji Xerox Singapore

Wei Ping has spent more than 25 years in the IT industry, having held business development, sales, and marketing roles in the Asia Pacific region. His career has spanned hardware, software, professional services and building up channels in different companies. He was with Conduent Inc (formerly Xerox Services) as their Vice President and Managing Director, Public Sector BPO/Technology - Asia, where he developed direct and channel sales models, led business development initiatives and marketing strategy.



Susie Wong
Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, Fuji Xerox Singapore

As Fuji Xerox Singapore’s Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, Susie is responsible for driving profitable market share and mindshare through helping customers in their transformational journey, from document to digital intelligence. Her new charter includes Customer Experience, Field & Digital Marketing, Brand & Product Management, and e-commerce strategies. Susie is recognized for championing technologies that create personalized customer experiences at scale. She brings to Fuji Xerox data-driven, customer-centric marketing, and leadership experience that create a real and lasting impact for brands. Susie is also active in industry engagements, she presided as the Head Jury for the Festival of Media APAC Awards 2018, and more recently as a Head of Jury in 2019 APAC Effie Awards. Prior to Fuji Xerox, Susie held a multitude of regional and global roles in IBM, her last appointment being the Director of Performance & Programmatic Marketing in IBM Asia Pacific.
Geoff Tan

As Managing Director, Market Development, Geoff oversees a three-pronged portfolio which includes partnerships & strategy, insights & intelligence, activations & sponsorships. Prior to joining SPH Magazines, Geoff was heading the strategic marketing portfolio in SPH’s Marketing Division, overseeing Business Development, Research & Analytics, Content Marketing, Product Branding & Promotions, and a Creative Lab. He was conferred the PANPA 2011 MARKETER OF THE YEAR accolade by the Pacific Area Newspaper Publishers Association for outstanding performance in marketing for a newspaper publishing company.
Ben Goodman

With a laser focus on value realization and exceptional customer experience, Ben leads the Digital Experience business for Adobe across Asia Pacific. With over 16 years of experience building high performance teams and driving industry transformation, Ben has spent the last 6 years leading teams across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Prior to Adobe, Ben led the Unstructured Data Solutions division for Dell EMC to help organisations bring digital transformation to life through a foundation of scale out file, object, streaming analytics and a strong partner eco-system.

Enda has been in the production printing space Australia in 1993 in a variety of sales and support roles. He has helped many customers grow and rebrand their businesses with marketing/online portals and the development of multi-channel marketing strategies.
